Blog Remodel & Sponsorship Opportunities

Looky looky! My blog has a new "face". It was long overdue...I've had the same header for nearly 4 years! The image on the header is a photo I took in San Diego and it brings back such sweet memories for me...I wanted to see it every time I opened my blog :) Along with this new blog remodel, I'm going to be offering sponsorship links...displaying a 120 x 120 pixel thumbnail on the right sidebar.

Do you have an Etsy store? Do you sell stuff online? Do you want to draw more attention to your blog? If you would like to promote your small business on my blog, please email me here for more information about the Walk Slowly, Live Wildly sponsorship program. I will be taking a limited number per month, so please contact me ASAP if you're interested.

December Photo Project ::: 12.1.09

December 1

"The redwoods, once seen, leave a mark or create a vision that stays with you always." -John Steinbeck

We have spent the last 5 days deep in the redwood forest outside Santa Cruz, California...communing with a delightful family. Sharing meals, hiking, laughing, learning, gathering, breathing, restoring.  The only word that can describe our experience there is "magical". We are forever changed...and can't wait to go back again.

December Photo Project '09

Last year, my dear friend Deea took part in the December Photo Project and every day I was anxiously awaiting a new photo on her blog. I'm super excited about DPP this year...not only for Deea's photos, but because I am going to take part as well! AND... I encourage all photographers out there to join too. This is a great way to reflect on your day and to document your journey in life (even if in just a small way).
