The BEST Gluten Free Biscuits

We have snow on the ground here in South Dakota! And you know what that means…it’s soup season! And there is nothing better than hot steamy biscuits to go with your favorite soup. This gluten free version is DELICIOUS and my family asks for them often. They are super easy & fast…and you can make them even bigger and flakier and fluffier than my photo! I promise you’ll love them.

P.S. Some of her measurements are in grams…here are the conversions I used:
2 1/2 cups flour
2 T sugar
8 T butter
1 cup sour cream
